GoogleI've been with HAS for coming on 6 years this year, and I've never had a negative issue with them. I've dealt with Rachael from the very start when she showed me the property, I've got positive things to say about all the ladies that work here but as of this week I had an issue with my washing machine and Rachael has communicated daily keeping me updated. Always a pleasure to speak to her and the issue has been dealt with so swiftly! I would 100% recommended HAS.

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish - we are experienced landlords but we needed a long term tenant. Rachael totally got what we needed from the get go, and the service has been impeccable. I have already recommended HAS to family and friends, and would not hesitate to use them again. Special shout out to Rachael, though, for being so brilliant, and keep baking the cakes!!

GoogleWas a bit concerned after reading the negative comments but can honestly say this was the smoothest move I've ever done. Dawn was excellent and extremely helpful throughout the whole experience. GoogleI have used H.A.S Property Management to rent my flats and bungalow for a long time. We have had the normal issues that you get from renting properties but Rachel has been lovely and a pleasure to deal with. GoogleI am a landlord in Hastings, and we had the property renovated from the bottom to the top. We had as a letting agency HAS Letting agency. Bad manners, poor service, rip off people, trying to charge you more then they should for their services. We let the property for £950 with HAS, and the first fees was £1400. Tenants moved in on the start of the month and we got paid at the end of the month. They didn’t investigate the property while has been let, and the charges was 13% a month “to do their job right”. The tenants were there for 8 moths only, and they ruined all the carpets downstairs and upstairs, walls was broken, wooden floor was broken and they left rubbish outside and we had to pay for it to be picked up. We had to renovate the house again with our own money. THE WORST LETTING AGENCY IN TOWN! I would NOT recommend this agency to no one! I am giving 1star because i cannot put a ZERO STAR.

They have found great tenants, single handedly managed the renovation of the flat and always take care of details immediately. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleShould have heeded the warning signs when they forgot there was a viewing. Lied constantly, from the date the property was available, work to be done, falsified information to get an increase in rent. Gave access to the property without our knowledge or permission - we only knew because our possessions had been moved - then lied that no one had entered, but admitted it later. Don't turn up to appointments and never answer the phone or return calls - been told this is company policy! Absolutely terrible agent, will make your life difficult once they have your money. AVOID!

GoogleAfter paying our deposit and emailing over all the information needed a week later we then have to supply more information that they already had. After 3 weeks of waiting and countless phone calls we was finally told the landlord was going to sell the property, even though when we viewed the property Rachael had promised that this wouldn't happen. I would never use HAS again.

GoogleAgents did not check landlord’s credentials. Turned out the property did not belong to the “landlord”. Still waiting to exchange & complete. therefore did not have a license. Had no right to rent it out. Negligent, possibly illegal.
