Fast forward to these past few months where I am assisting my ageing parents to buy a property locally and Marchants have again been fabulous. The Sales brochure was extremely professional and produced quick viewings. I didn't believe good estate agents existed (living in Brighton previously might be to blame for that!) but the folks at Marchants set an incredibly high standard that all estate agents should be judged against. Their dedication and care in the work they do is greatly appreciated. In my previous experience as a tenant you generally get treated as a second class citizen - but Peter, Sharon, Bennita and the rest of the team have always made an effort to support us and consider our needs alongside those of the landlord.
