Hello Mr Safari I was sorry to see your 1-star review so immediately contacted the Haslemere Branch and undertook an investigation to see what has been going on. I understand that on vacating a flat which you had been renting the landlord needed to make quite a substantial deduction from your deposit to cover damage which had been done to the flat. I can understand that this is frustrating but must respectfully point out that after investigation it seems that the deduction was not unreasonable given the condition in which you left the flat. As such I think perhaps your 1-star review is a little mean, but such is life.
