GoogleJim and Norbert were excellent from beginning to end of the sale . Both were very patient and guided me through the sale process from beginning through to completion. Of particular note was their tenacity in tracking down the landlord of the property next to one we sold to arrange collection of a signed deed of covenant- a job the solicitor was supposed to do . Would thoroughly recommend Keats

GooglePhoned on a Friday first thing in the morning to arranged a viewing and spent 15 minutes on the phone giving all my details to be told they would call back to confirm. Now the following Thursday lunchtime and I have to find out via their website the property is now let and have no communication from them at all. Rubbish service
