Lara dealt with all of our silly questions with a smile. She was great with updates , even going so far as to call me when she was abroad on holiday. We found her to be kind and very professional but also down to earth enough we could have a joke and laugh when things were getting stressful. We are very happy with the 5* service provided and will definitely recommend RE/MAX to friends and family, thank you Lara 😊

Can not recommend this great company enough, I put two houses up for sale in Dovercourt, I live in London so had to leave it all to the lovely Mel, from coming out to price them, to completion of both within 3 months, Mel went above and beyond keeping me updated at every turn, if you are thinking of selling you won’t get a better estate agent than this one , Thank you Mel for all your hard work and professionalism

I recently chose Remax to sell my house and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the beginning, Mel was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs, she even had more insight than my solicitors. Mel was always available to answer my questions and kept me informed at every step of the process. She went above and beyond, responding to my inquiries promptly, even after her closing time. You don't receive this level of service from larger estate agents. I highly recommend Mel and Remax to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Mel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I am extremely grateful for her exceptional service. Thank you, Mel!

From the first moment we walked into Mel's RE/MAX office on a wet January day to the day we completed after a difficult house transaction, Mel has been so supportive and helpful and has always gone above and beyond to make our dream house come true. We tried other Estate Agents in the area and quickly decided that we would only be using Mel to purchase our house which has proved to be an excellent decision. We would 100 percent recommend Mel for your sale or purchase - there is a reason why she is so busy.

It is very difficult to find the words to describe Mel and the service she’s provided because she is beyond outstanding and there just aren’t the words to describe it. She is so dedicated, attentive and professional. From the first appointment for the valuation to the day of completion she was by our sides and always available for reassurance and support, she works tirelessly to get things done! We would never use anyone else and wholeheartedly recommend Mel to anyone thinking of buying or selling! Thank you Mel, if Carlsberg made estate agents it would be you!

Mel at Remax handled the sale of my house and the purchase of my new home. Always happy to give advise and help, Mel has a wealth of knowledge of the local property market and area I couldn't have asked for better service and would recommend Remax to anyone selling a property or looking to buy one.

We would highly recommend Mel! From start to finish, she was nothing short of exceptional. Mel’s dedication, professionalism, and tireless efforts made what could have been a stressful process smooth and manageable. From the very beginning, Mel was attentive and proactive, ensuring every detail was taken care of. She went above and beyond, particularly when it came to chasing solicitors down the chain to get our exchange and completion done on time. Her persistence and commitment were crucial in keeping things on track, and we truly appreciated her regular updates and clear communication throughout the entire process. Mel's knowledge of the market, combined with her excellent negotiation skills, ensured that we got the best possible outcome. She consistently demonstrated a genuine care for our needs and worked hard to ensure everything was handled efficiently. We cannot thank Mel enough for her hard work and dedication. If you are looking for an estate agent who will go the extra mile, Mel is the one. Highly recommended!

We cannot thank Mel enough for all of her hard work during our moving process! We found the perfect property through her and then proceeded to also sell our property with her as well. She sold our house within a week of it being listed and literally couldn't do enough for us to help the whole process be as pain free as possible. What I also liked with Mel is that she says it how it is, no massive promises that can't be met just the realistic facts. I will always recommend Mel to anyone thinking of moving, thank you!!

I highly recommend Mel Clarke Estate agents. Mel and her team provided me with continued support through selling my property. She always kept me informed directly with the different stages of the selling process throughout, right up to completion. She offers very competitive rates and 'goes the extra mile' when it comes to buying or selling. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to others in future. Having said that, I will definitely be using her services again for repeat business.

I thoroughly recommend using Re/Max property estate agent. I found Mel to be thoroughly professional and personable from the start. She is very knowledgeable and her communication was excellent throughout, reassuring myself and my mother through this stressful time. The move wasn’t straight forward, but with her determination to do everything she could to make it happen we succeeded and can now move on to the next exciting chapter. Thank you Mel you’ve been a star!

Excellent and personable experience all around with Mel @ Remax, Harwich. While I was viewing properties to purchase via other local agents, it quickly became clear that most don't bother to be informed about the property they are showing and offer no information or answers to questions raised, at some I was just left to roam about on my own. Mel, on the other hand, talks viewers through the property, having learned about it beforehand. First class, friendly service, always contactable and highly recommended 👌

Amazing from start to finish! Mel was patient and provided the best service including amazing photos, which highlighted the best bit of my home. Communication was always on point and she was brilliant with fitting in viewings and ensuring that she really highlighted all the important details to potential buyers. Couldn't fault a thing, I'd recommend using Remax to anyone and would always use myself in the future. Thanks again Mel.

Mel at Remax was great I would throughly recommend. I sold a property through her and achieved a price above my expectations. Throughout the process she kept me informed, always quick to respond to email and calls even when she was on holiday, vigorously chased solicitors and buyer. I have sold several of my properties from my portfolio in the last year and Mel is by far the best estate agent I have dealt with.

Mel sold our house a few months ago and it was the best customer service. As soon as Mel come to the house, I realised how professional she was and how well she knew the market. Mel kept has updated throughout the whole process. Mel took all the stress away from selling a house. Would highly recommend.

I chose Remax because they sold a house 2 doors down quite quickly which impressed me. I then started seeing SOLD boards all over town so it was a no brainer to choose them. I found Mel friendly, courteous and professional. And yes my house was put on the market, sold within a matter of weeks. Very impressed.

Mel has been amazing throughout our house purchase/sale and she wasn’t even our agent. We had a very tricky chain that has taken a long time to get over the mark. She has been on the ball with everything from start to finish and communicated every step of the way. Nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend Mel and if we were to ever move again, I would 100% be using Mel as our agent. Big thank you from us.
