What and amazing bunch of people from start to finish, I was so unsure wether to move or not. After a visit to my house from Laura she put my mind at ease quickly, she left me to decide what I wanted todo with-in the week I had singed to say go for it. Laura has been at the end of a phone day and night. After 9 people viewing my property in 7days it was sold. Between Laura and lux law (solicitor’s) and us the communication was outstanding.

Haart at Harwich team are such a helpful and friendly group, who are always there to support when needed with such a good approach. Especially Carina Jones, who showed me around quite a few properties this year which I’ve viewed, Carina is friendly, bubbly and very professional who I’m sure is such an asset at Haart. The whole process went through a smooth transition and quickly from the point of the vendors accepting my offer on the property. Throughout the process Haart were on hand to offer any help that was required. I cannot fault Haart, I will also be highly recommending them to all my friends and family. A big thumbs up from me and thank you Haart! 👍

Marketing Now with Haart, The communication & helpfulness has been amazing. Exactly what im use too and expect. They answer and return any calls are not pushy & remain professional at all times, Not once have they said a bad word about other agents, which is so refreshing, Faith Laura & Darren will try there hardest to sell and find you a property. I have used Haart before to buy and sell , & dealt with Laura at a previous agents, hence when i was aware i followed, Because i know i wont get messed about, they value fair, & don't over value just to get the work. There fees are well worth it, yes you may get cheaper elsewhere, but you get what you pay for.

After sending countless chaser emails and phone calls, I finally got a viewing confirmed for the property I enquired about over a month later! This in itself was very disappointing and a painful experience. The lack of communication I was receiving from them, was particularly difficult as I do not live local and would need notice to take time of work. When a viewing was finally confirmed, the viewing itself was rushed. I appreciate there was tenants in situ, however it has now been over 20 days since the viewing and not even a follow up email or phone call for my thoughts on the property or potential other listings. I have since used other estate agents, and have found a rather daunting process so much easier with other agents!

Cannot fault the team at Haart of Harwich, a very helpful and friendly group. We had a rival estate agent value our house at approx £25k lower than Haart had valued our property so we obviously decided to go with Haart and we had our first viewing within a few days of going to market, had an offer the same day and agreed a sale price the following day which all parties were happy with ( a very quick sale ) Also throughout the whole process the team at Haart were available all the time for any help that we required. I would highly recommend Haart of Harwich to anybody that wishes to sell there property at a realistic price. A big thumbs up from the Prior household.
