TrustpilotI bought the home
I bought the home, 3 years ago and now I can easily realise that most of the stuff used and work done is very low quality, from the garden fence to my toilet flush :( several things has already broken down :(

I have several friends who bought from these guys. Every single one has a poor quality house FULL of issues with zero urgency from Jones homes to correct. Buyer beware! All these negative reviews can’t be wrong!!!

TrustpilotDisgraceful
Disgraceful, I recently inquired into buying a home with this company and soon discovered they are continuing to sell their homes with Leasehold Tenure and offer the Help to Buy Scheme despite the government recently banning the use,

TrustpilotLarge number of snags and no urgency in dealing with them
Awful both in terms of number of snags and lack of urgency and attention in correcting them.I would not recommend them to anyone.
