Many "deals" expired so after spending time to find a good property and calling to the agency I was told it's not on the market anymore. I used it for 2 months as it was waste of time. Than renewal email went to SPAM and after being charged for new year I called them straight away that I would like to cancel this because this is something I am not using - they said NO and I have to pay for the full year. I offered weekly payment or monthly but said NO. No goodwill from their side. :-(

I've had a great experience with this platform, from the customer service to the software itself. The software was intuitive and easy to navigate. Initially I started using it when there were fewer options (e.g., there was no hmo or r2r etc functions). I was searching for properties in areas that I was not familiar with, so from this aspect it helped a lot. I liked the analysis tool that is part of the software and the fact that it tells you how long it will take to get all money back out of the deal.
