GoogleSince knowing Preston Hills Estates, I have had no problems. Landlord was also super helpful and staff who came to fix my windows were also very informative, explaining how to use the windows. Any issues I have, has been resolved really promptly. Response time is also really quick. I have had no problems with communication. Would highly recommend this estate agency. Me and my son are currently renting a 2 bedroom flat in London since mid October, so it has been 3 weeks

GoogleGreat experience with Preston Hill Estates! It has been a smooth process throughout, renting out my property. The staff have been incredibly supportive and polite. Mr Jamil has incredible knowledge of the area and neighbourhood and great connections which meant I was able to have my first tenant within a few weeks. The customer service is brilliant especially since the change in team and being welcomed by Moniba, who was so pleasant to interact with. The other staff here are also extremely accommodating. I look forward to continuing to do business together.

GoogleI can honestly say this is the most helpful and very best agency my family and I have been clients to. Everything with the purchase of our house went so smoothly starting at the viewings and ending at the sale agreement, it was such an easy process with Preston Hill and we felt so supported all the way through. It was visible almost immediately that the type of business which Mr Jamil runs is organised professional and friendly, the atmosphere was so inviting. We got referred to them by our family friends who have sold their property with them so I can definitely recommend them without reservation from both sides of the market.
