GooglePM4U Property management has been excellent for me. Argentina was very quick, supportive in every step and she is very easy also one person of contact which makes it so much easy for me. She found the tenants for my property very quick and soon within 2 weeks it was rented out. I am very pleased with PM4U‘s services, by using them since few years I will definitely recommend to others. Thanks Argentina!

GoogleGregg and the team are fantastic, accommodating for my partner’s return to the country and having everything ready with very minimal fuss at all. They’re very welcoming of questions and very supportive. Truly a great team and extremely warm. They also not to forget, helped our process and moved us in within 2 weeks of our initial viewing and interest. Very likely to recommend and use again if needed 😊

GooglePM4U is the worst estate agency. They come to check and take fotos in the fridge ,in the toilet and hundreds of fotos everywhere. They will claim money for everything like dry grass, for thinks that never worked before like bulbs or lights, they claim fake cleaning money 310 pounds they asked pretending they cleaned the shower and they didn't, broken fence which was already broken, many more .. In my case they had a build team for 2 weeks in the garden and I couldn't use it ,same as the drive way, and I had to pay the water and power they had used. Now will go in The Court with this Agency cose the keep claiming free and unfair money. DONT TAKE ANY PROPERTY FROM THIS PM4U AGENCY ,THEY ARE RUBISH .

GooglePM4U have been very friendly and professional in all my dealings with them, from the initial meeting, advice on potential rental income, setting up tenancy agreements through to management of the property. When repairs are required Argentina is transparent, always looks after the landlord’s interest and ensures competitive quotes are obtained for the work. I have not had good experience with other lettings agents in the past but I would happily recommend PM4U and Argentina. They are a breath of fresh air.

GoogleAbout a year ago, i entrusted PM4U Estate Agents with managing my rental properties and consider it a very good decision. The team at PM4U demonstrate in-depth knowledge about the local market and care about both the properties and the tenants. They proactively address maintenance needs and maintain transparency with financial matters. Additionally, I find communication with them to be clear and prompt. We are having excellent service and being looked after by PM4U, after being let down by another agency we were expecting the same thing with this agency but it has been quite the opposite. Argentina has been extremely helpful and understanding throughout with constant contact and communication.We are glad that we found you after having had the worst experience with our previous agent. Such friendly and helpful people, who are always willing no matter what time of day to sort anything out with such a quick response and resolution! The PM4U team, from the start, was helpful and positive. Initial queries on process were handled efficiently and quickly. Once we agreed to use them, paperwork was sorted out quickly. GoogleI found PM4U on an online letting agent comparison site after experiencing 3 years of very poor service and high commission based fees from an old fashioned local Estate Agent who originally let my mother’s flat. PM4U’s flat fee based charges are transparent and competitive. I am very happy with their efficient and friendly service and highly recommend them.

They sourced and validated a great tenant, getting me a long-term contract at my target rental rate. They are also super responsive and flexible whenever property management issues arise (which is fortunately not very often). Two thumbs up from me for PM4U and I hope to work with them for many more years to come!!

Now, two weeks after leaving, I have new tenants paying exactly what she said she could get, which was more than I thought I could get. She dealt with the whole process, while keeping me informed. Leaving me stress free. The fees are reasonable and I have a safety net of the rent guarantee
