GoogleI have used Bavan and his team at Pinnacle Estates for a number of years now. The team are, in my opinion, the only agent you will need. Their service is the best around, and Dilini always keeps you informed of everything that goes on with your property. Payments are clear and always made on time, without any fuss. I wish all agencies were like Pinnacle.

GoogleExtremely mean communication from Kosala who is working there. We are going to strongly complaint against him to Mrs. Vinodini Bavanendiran. Ashamed. This is the first time we saw a un professional behaviour. We opted out the Property to an more expensive one. Better to pay more than dealing with theses kind of people. Do not remmend these people at all. They have no corporate culture. No proper communication style. They talk to clients as they have come to rob them.

Hi Nihal and Priya, We requested documents to assess if you are eligible to proceed the let. This is the standard criteria , we updated the landlord your status and he was not interested to offer the property. This is beyond our control! The landlord has his right to decide if he wish to give the flat or not to the tenants. Unfortunately, we can't overall the landlord decision. Further we didn't take a holding deposit or sign an agreement stating we are offering the property. Thank you
