GoogleWe recently bought a flat in central London through Harrovian Estates and we found Harry pleasant and easy to deal with. He worked hard throughout the process and was always prepared to go the extra mile to ensure we were able to get a good price on the property and get the deal done - even when we went through some pretty difficult periods. Thanks Harry and Harrovian Estates. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleHarrovian estate is handling all my tenancy requirements. Harrovian estate and Harry in particular has been amazing. Harry is extremely professional. He carried out an in-depth vetting of all potential tenants, ensuring all the interviews and tenants visits along with short term tenancy agreement done in a very structured and professional way .. Harrovian estate is an exemplary on how estate agency should be professionally managed. Thank you so much Harry for all your help and support.. 🙏

GoogleHad a viewing for a flat booked and confirmed only to show up and wait for 20 minutes with no one there. Eventually when I called the office, they told me someone had already put a deposit down on the flat and that no one would be showing up. 1) Why book and confirm the viewing in the first place? 2) Why not call me to inform me the viewing would be cancelled rather than make me travel all the way and wait around? They then had the cheek to ask if they could interest me in any other properties! No thanks Would not recommend at all

GoogleAfter dealing with multiple estate agents, brokers, and property valuers, I had lost all faith in finding tenants for my apartment. However, that all changed when I met Harry... He was thorough with my listing, making sure it had all the approved checks, and got me around 5/6 viewings in just a few days working with him. Not only that, but he vetted each applicant with a measured approach and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I now have really good tenants thanks to Harrovian Estates. It was a pleasure working with them and I fully recommend anyone to go through them. - You won't regret it!
