GoogleIn the search for my first property, I was shown numerous properties by Noah. He not only patiently showed me these properties but was always available for advice. He never hesitated from providing any information asked by a property novice. I ended up buying a property through another agency, but highly recommend Foxtons/Noah to any buyer.

The valuation that they gave me was competitive and realistic and found a great buyer with an offer accepted within 3 weeks of listing. YellKeep charging annual Commission even though tenancy ended over 6 months ago.
Foxtons will apparently keep charging commission even though the occupier is in your property illegally.
