GoogleI would give -10000 starts if they existed. Terrible communication with the agent, terrible chaos. They insist you pay the deposit quickly, and then go silent for two days without any confirmation of the deposit payment. You have to chase them yourself to get any kind of confirmation, call them yourself. Waring! Read every AST they send you very carefully. It's a trap. Zero help. And in the end, they even shout at you… disgraceful. Be careful! I do not recommend this agency.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you feel this way, but we must respectfully disagree with your comments.
We never insist that anyone pays a deposit “quickly.” Like all agents, we simply request a holding deposit to reserve a property, this is standard practice. All funds are securely held under Client Money Protection (CMP) rules and are not released until all documents are complete and keys are handed over.
You were fully informed when your payment was received, both verbally and in writing. Despite initial referencing concerns, we went out of our way to persuade the landlord to consider your application. The tenancy did not proceed only because the landlord declined to accept your own redrafted tenancy agreement, a decision made by the landlord, not the agency.
All monies paid were fully refunded to you. No one at our office behaved disrespectfully or shouted at you, and we reject those allegations entirely.
We normally do not respond to reviews, but we will do so when inaccurate or misleading claims are made. Everstar Properties acts fairly and professionally with both landlords and tenants, and we are confident we did so in your case.

GoogleI'd give them less but we can't. Fifteen months Harrow council, ourselves and our landlord have been asking for a rent statement and they had the balls to call us crying rent arrears, you must call for more funding from the local authority... why not use the same zeal in finding alternate accommodations... they're full of fancy words and no substance! Rude to vulnerable tenants and often lie to get out of a sticky situation... please Everstar, respond to Harrow council's requests, then my landlord's. I'm sure it'll take him less time to share those with me than it's taken you to respond to my complaints regarding your agent's behaviour towards us!
I cannot recommend, especially if you are vulnerable.
Hypocrites. My opinion only of course. I mean it's all coming out anyway. I'll delete if you want. It'll still be findable.

Thank for your review which we noticed now, unfortunately as we are a professional company regardless of your biased views we have to be careful of our position in responding to reviews or comments within those reviews which are manifestly incorrect and misrepresentng the reality of what is taking place , has taken place.
We will simply state this; your review is wrong errorenous and simply an incorrect statement of the facts by you , we wish that if we had the regulatory freedom to set out the facts that have occurred since 2016 since this first began. than and only than will people be able to judge how we treat vulnerable people , the extent to which we assist and have assisted vulnerable people and will continue to do so.
We are being polite in responding in this manner simply because of the constraints placed upon us in our business. Your review is incorrect , not accepted. We and our landlords deal with ,have dealt with and will continue to deal with vulnerable people long after you have gone. It is so disappointing to read the selected words from correspondence , selected and placed together to create a false impression and
try to damage the reputation of a business. It is absolutely disappointing and a shame that any person can go to these lengths to damage a business and ruin accessibility to a private business for other vulnerable persons.
We can only reserve our position and we will take what ever action is necessary to defend our business
