GoogleWorst agent ever. Incompetent, unprofessional and can’t even manage a diary booking.
Called them days ahead to book a viewing and given a slot on Wednesday 25 March at 12 and was told to send them an email which I did. Then I turned up on this date only being told if I have received any confirmation? Imagine being so incompetent that can’t send a confirmation email or Is it my job to send confirmation? So why give a slot in the first place if you are not responsive and available.
Imagine dealing with such agent whether you are a renter or landlord!! Avoid them at all cost !!!

Hi Ali, I hope you're well. We have looked into this matter and I can confirm you were never given confirmation of a specific appointment time or date. One of our agents was conducting block viewings at the property in question, however, you were never confirmed to be part of this list.
I'd kindly request you do not call our team incompetent when the correct procedures were followed, and you were never given confirmation of an appointment.
We would still be happy to show you any properties you are interested in, in the future.

Moved in September 2025 and issues have been raised since with no response what so ever - it is now January 2026 and still nothing has been done.
No inspections NOTHING.
Do not rent a rental under this management.
