Don’t even bother they will leave you homeless. We viewed the house 5th July and got accepted 8th July . House was advertised as ready to move in 25th august. Long story short they changed the move in date 4 times a couple days before we were supposed to move in. First it was 25th then 26th then 27th then 29th then 1st and it just did not happen. We had to chase them constantly and had no actual updates just lies . Do not get me started on the ‘property passport’ application- terrible . Overall very disappointed we had to pay for another month at our current place ,we are living from the boxes we packed as we were ready to move and also had an affect on people up who were going to move into our current house all because chancellors did not follow through. Thank God our current agency allowed us to stay longer as we had given notice too otherwise we would be on the street. If i could give 0 starts i would. Do not trust them .
