GoogleWe've used Blue Ocean for several years - firstly for rentals and just completed, a property sale.
Blue Ocean not only advertised the property at a higher price than was suggested by another agency, but we sold for £10,000 more than the highest price suggested by a nearby competing agency. They took us through the whole process, helping out - especially when we had problems with a tardy solicitor.
For rentals they keep in touch and have a great network for when we needed repairs or general maintenance of our property.

GoogleThis is a really bad lettings agent for both landlords and tenants. They hide things from both until it blows up in there face. With me they could not even register a deposit n time and when I got done in by it they hide like rodents. Then when I complained and got an award they ring you up and threaten you for putting a bad review about them. I have proof so anyone can contact me if they want to see. Avoid unless you really do want to lose money. Once they have you business you will never hear from them no matter how bad your problems call. so for both tenants and landlords a big AVOID... Even one star is too much for them!!!!
