The workers are caring and have high integrity when it comes to giving advice and sorting out tenancy related issues. They “don’t do floor plans”, and don’t know how big their properties are. I was transferred to a receptionist after asking about the property size… They’ve “sold properties for 30 years” this way. They had a property for sale in Harrow but hadn’t actually seen it in person. They did not know anything about the seller either. I’m not sure how the property was even priced without any of this in place. They were inflexible with viewings because they did not want to “make frequent trips” to the property. Overall a waste of time. I feel sorry for the vendor.

My family have been renting with Ashley Martin ,for the past 3 years,they take very good care if us ,when the boiler was not working they sent around a plumber within a few hours,and have dealt with any problems that have arisen very quickly.i am lucky they are managing this property for me,instead of a landlord

I am writing this review because the service I received from Ashley Martin & Co when selling my house was excellent. I have dealt with a couple of bad estate agents in my time and usually dread having to deal with them when it comes to selling my property and moving house, but Martin and his team were friendly and professional through out the process. What a character Martin is! Very grateful for their work.
