GoogleVery unprofessional, we was told to proceed with a property until they said the landlord wants to meet the tenant. Which did occur the landlord was happy with the tenant, the agent boss asked to send the documents which we had to gather all together not more then 5 hours we get message from owner saying property is gone to someone else.
They play they waste your time they don’t care about tenants all they care about is landlords. They are money maker it’s ridiculous how disgusting they are here is the proof attached of conversation with the owner this is the review I’m leaving because it’s not nice to deal with tenant like that you have not seen documents in order for you to make a decision instead you got offered money under the table 👏🏻👏🏻 Well done.

GoogleAfter viewing a flat, I agreed to proceed with the next steps and was promptly asked to pay a holding deposit. I promptly made the payment on Wednesday.
On Thursday, as I was preparing the necessary paperwork, I received a message from the estate agent informing me that they had decided to offer the flat to someone else.
This is completely unethical and defeats the entire purpose of a holding deposit. A holding deposit should ensure that the property is taken off the market and reserved exclusively for the applicant, not used while they continue to entertain other offers.
