GoogleAllan Howard have been outstanding when dealing with the recent sale of my flat. Allan has gone the extra mile on many occasions and it has made my life so much easier having him at the end of a phone. I would definitely recommend This Estate Agency to sell your property.

GoogleVery bad experience. I called them for rent a property they told me your income is not enough without knowing my salary or checking salary slip or bank statement. When i called them they always say your agent is not here call tomorrow. Never give proper answer. Very unprofessional. One lady is very rude. Very bad service i have ever seen.

GoogleI just call to rent a house , and when they hear that right now i am pregnant and i am in maternity but i was trying to say that my husband work and i work part time like Nail Technician , they was so rude and say that the house has gone i will contact you if i have something... I don't recommend nobbody to call this company for anything...

GoogleWorst angency, me and my father has been living in the property for 10 years, the boiler hasn’t been checked for 10 years, no paint over, floors have never been changed, gas hasn’t been checked, lights don’t work. We had to threaten to report the landlord until he fixed everything, and still took a long time for it to be fixed. I advise you to go to another agency. This is the most terrible experience anyone can ever go through.

GoogleI have recently sold my house through Allan Howard & Co and I found them to be extremely professional and efficient throughout the whole process. Right from the beginning when they started to market our property right to the day of completion. I would highly recommend this estate agency to anyone looking to sell, buy or rent a property within the local area.

GooglePromised they would get us a property in the shortest time possible, and then kept on postponing us for more than 1 week. Finally gave us the deposit back after calling them numerous times to get a response. I don't think they even tried to speak with the landlord. Made us loose a lot of money.

GoogleThese guys are cowboys. Definitely don't trust them at all. They'll try to get as much money out of you and I heard they treat landlords awfully/bullying tactics. Avoid.
