Avoid This Agency! Extremely Unprofessional and Deceptive. One of my family members have been renting at this property and I never dealt with such an unprofessional and dishonest estate agency in the UK. A N Estate Agency is completely disorganised and fails to meet even basic legal and professional standards. Property checks were not done properly, maintenance issues were ignored, and communication was poor. When they ended my tenancy, they tried to overcharge me and used misleading information to pressure extra payments. Their behaviour was deceitful and exploitative. I strongly warn anyone considering this agency to stay away. I wouldn’t even give a star if I could.

A member of my family has been a tenant at one of the properties managed by this agency, and their overall experience has been extremely disappointing. In my opinion, A N Estate Agency operates in a disorganised manner and falls short of the basic standards you would expect from a professional lettings company. Routine inspections were carried out poorly, ongoing maintenance concerns were left unresolved, and communication throughout the tenancy was inconsistent and unhelpful. When it came time to move out, they were presented with unreasonable charges that had to be disputed with the DPS in order for the deposit to be returned. Based on what they experienced, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before renting through this agency.

We gave our property to AN Estates after Mr Vasi convinced us he has a better estate agency than the ones we used previously. We wanted a tenant which is in employment, no benefit claimers as we have had problems with them in the past. Vasi assured us that the tenants are both working and said they have 2 children. After a week in the property, we realised AN Estates had lied and that the tenant and his wife are both claiming benefits and not working. When we asked the tenant this directly he said AN Estates made me pay £1000 to wave past the vetting process. After we decided to ask him the tenant to leave as there were many issues with him, AN estates didn’t want to help with anything, the tenant stopped paying rent, no calls or emails from AN Estates. Even in the 4 years the tenant stayed there, the AN estate staff didn’t go to the property once to view the condition. When the tenant finally left after eviction notice, they had smashed the windows, broken doors and cabinets and also left 5 skips worth of rubbish. AN estates didn’t help us at all throughout, on top of that they sent us a court order 9 months after we gained the property possession. AN estates wanted commission from us, when the tenant was in 9 months arrears, how can they ask us for money we didn’t receive? and also made us spend over 14k in court fees, solicitor fees and didn’t help at all. Please stay away

Any issues that have arisen have been dealt with efficiently, and we have never felt overlooked at any stage of the process. worst agent so far even for a landlord. I am a landlord and so far all I have had is problems and issues. poor comms, and no keeness to address any problems, either for the tenant or the landlord. low quality of tenant checks and pushing everything to the landlord. very duplicitious, saying one thing to the tenant and the other to the landlord. go somewhere else or just don't let your property with them. I had to give a star as the system doesn't allow me to post the review without any rating.
