I have rented out property before, but I have never come across property managers like Chris and the team at Woodrow Morris. They resolve minor issues before they become major problems, whether that be pest infestation, shower leakages, appliance malfunction, boiler servicing or parking permits. They respond quickly to landlord and tenant alike, giving you complete peace of mind. Things get done without chasing them, like ensuring gas safety certificates are up to date. The best estate agents I've ever dealt with. Brendan is a real gentleman and made our move much easier. We left the house in a much, much better condition than we found it but our rogue landlady tried to charge us for many silly things. He helped us getting back most of our deposit. We had though a bad experience with the cleaning company they're working with ( Jay the manager lady). It was a stressful experience for us but Brendan made it easier. I would definetely recommend this agency.

The letting agent Woodrow Morris are incompetent n uncaring. We have had nothing but trouble with them. We have been left with no hot water and heating for several days (going on 5 days now) in winter. Despite writing to them repeatedly, they make excuses and don't care. Simple repairs take almost a year to get done after chasing them several times.Do Not rent from them.
