We got told there was an open viewing from 9:30am - 10:30am and no one turned up to show anyone round. Very unprofessional to keep genuinely interested people waiting when they have given up their time to come to a viewing. This was a popular place given over 15 people turned up and then left due to not actually being able to view. Absolute waste of time - at least have the curtesy to tell customers the viewing will not be going ahead.

Most unprofessional company I have come across. Amy never gets back to clients. Number of us put offers for a property and after weeks heard nothing from her. Was told from another person who offered that a large sum was taken in cash to make sure their offer goes ahead. Stay away from this dodgy company.

I would give a 0 star if I could. Absolute shambles from the start. They are meant to open at 9, don’t answer the phones till 10. We submitted over asking price for a property, to which they needed to have a meeting with the customer ( their words) we waited till the Thursday to get the answer …nothing. Then rang up and she said we will definitely have an answer by Friday at the latest, again nothing. I emailed the company to withdraw our offer and the response I got was she never said a date. Little does she know my partners phone records for work purposes and we have all the proof for the continuous let downs. These people don’t care about you or your money we should have learnt from the past reviews. Avoid avoid avoid.

What can I say other than if you value your time focus on projects that do not involve this joke of a company. They do not return calls, emails or even turn up for viewings. Legitimate, proof backed offers are ignored and properties sold for considerably less. This can only lead to the conclusion these cowboys have buyers already and operate on backhanders and thus ignore legitimate higher offers. Five of the six directors all share the same surname and evidently sing from the same underhand hymn sheet. Congratulations on achieving considerably less for your clients, they should be holding you accountable.

The worst experience. I tried viewing a property through this company and I was left waiting outside as no one turned up. Then after eventually viewing it at an open house I put a bid in. Ross then called me and left a voicenote calling me by my name then correcting himself and calling me by someone else. When I called back and verified my name he still called me by this other person and said I got the house. Then when I clarified that wasn't me he said, "oh sorry you didn't get it". I have never been let down so much in a short time by one company
