e had a fantastic experience with the team when purchasing our lovely new home. Jeremy was incredibly helpful and such a great guy, always going above and beyond to help us find our perfect home and keeping us informed throughout the process. His communication and support were brilliant from start to finish. The purchase wasn’t always straightforward, but Suzanne was constantly pushing things forward and doing everything she could to help get our purchase over the line. Her persistence and support were hugely appreciated. A lovely, friendly and professional team who genuinely care about their clients. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Many thanks to Jeremy, Suzanne and all the team! 🏡❤️ From Natasha and Gareth

I recently purchased a property which was being sold through Hopkinson”s Estate Agents, Harrogate. I am happy to state my experience throughout the process has been excellent. From the initial viewing of the property Ross had all of the required knowledge and clearly knew the seller circumstances. He was able to answer all of my initial questions and knowing what I was looking for he was able to obtain relevant information for my second viewing. His communication was clear during the offer process, subsequent negotiation and acceptance. When I required updates they were provided without delay and the whole process was made easy by his professional attitude. The sale progressed to completion without issue which is a credit to Ross and the team at Hopkinson’s and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them in the future for a sale or purchase in the area. Thank you .

Can't recommend highly enough - friendly approachable and really knowledgeable. Helped at all stages chased solicitors, chased purchasers and great comms and even badgered when required. Feedback and updates was always v v quick - felt that they were working with me to sell my house. Great experience - great team and a fun team - thanks :-)

From start to finish the Hopkinsons Team have been superb, each member of the team are a credit to the business, in particular both Ross and Harriet. I’d previously used Hopkinsons for a previous sale and purchase and was more than happy to use their services again after my previous positive experience and I wasn’t disappointed. The staff are friendly, informative and communicate regularly and well and really treat you like they care with a personal touch rather than it being another sale. Thank you again Ross and Harriet for keeping us well informed throughout the sale process and for keeping in regular contact with us, you took the stress out of the sale process for us and was much appreciated.
