GoogleI would highly recommend Stuart and his team after our experience of them acting on the sale of our house in Harrogate. From beginning to end the team were professional, friendly and extremely responsive. Stuart's advice on pricing and marketing strategy was spot on and he couldn't have done more to drive the transaction forward to completion. Thank you!

GoogleFrom start to finish Alex looked after me, he made buying alot easier as a older person, he reassured me when I needed it, he was always at the end of the phone when I needed to talk, if he was not there Stuart was just as kind. I would recommend this lovely team.

Sam in particular worked so hard and went above and beyond mediating with our vendors’ estate agent to help support our onward purchase. Would 100% recommend. Thanks for all your hard work guys!

GoogleI just wanted to tell you that despite registering with all the agents in Harrogate. You guys are the only ones who are proactively reaching out to your customer database on a regular basis. I get very few proactive emails from any of the other agent, well done, it’s so refreshing. Other agents just seems to depend on Rightmove….. the majority of potential buyers are not savvy enough to set up notifications on Rightmove, so you are way ahead!

TrustpilotA very disappointing experience
After years of working in the property market myself I was keen to choose the right agent to market my own house with. I was lured into a contract with stories of huge waiting lists, potential sealed bids etc but none of this materialised. Sadly communication was appalling, the staff lied to me when viewers failed to turn up and the owner Andrew failed to respond to any emails. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and I would urge others to look elsewhere.

FacebookWe were selling an unusual house in Ripon and Beadnall Copley did a great job. Although it took a long time, we were rarely without viewings and they helped all along the way. Once an offer was made and accepted, they gave advice, reassured us and kept us fully in the picture. Their agent, Bev, was superb and without her, we would have been nervous wrecks!!
