GoogleWe had a great experience using Genesis to broker our mortgage. Colin was very helpful in identifying different policies for us factoring in various constraints and preferences, responsive throughout, and helped patiently across one failed and one successful purchase.

GoogleRichard has been an absolute angel. The amount of time and care he has taken to speak to me and explain things in detail with an incredible amount of patience has been so refreshing. I was never made to feel silly asking any question no matter how big or small, and felt confident in my decision making working with him. He was able to get me exactly what I needed and took his time to get me the very best deal. His reccommendation for life insurance was also fantastic, Liam was a delight to speak to and got me an excellent deal. Thank you so much for all of your help!

GoogleCame to Genesis looking for a new mortgage deal. I dealt with Rehman who found me a great deal that met all my needs. Was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process and took a lot of the stress away that comes along with these sort of things - will definitely be using them again.

GoogleExcellent service 👏 👍 👌 I have been using the company for all my mortgage matters for over 2 decades and so far the best ever. I introduced more than 20 clients and the company director/ the company has never let us down. The amazing news is the company never directly charged the individual a penny for the excellent service provided by them, unlike some brokers. Genesis Financial Services are well organised and outstanding team.

GoogleThis is the place to go for independent mortgage advice. I have used Genesis for all my mortgages/remortgages, and they have found me the best rates every time. More importantly, when things become administratively difficult for whatever reason, they stick with it to get the best possible outcome for you. Well done to their advisers and the admin team. I'll be back to give you another financial challenge soon.

GoogleI used Duncan to get rates in 2017 when we purchased a property. We were very impressed with the standard of service offered by Genesis, and also the mortgage products that were available to us. Duncan found us a rate quickly, and then we …

GoogleSo disappointed in their customer service. Unhelpful and patronising; either took days to come back to me and eventually no reply at all when I asked for more help.
