GoogleWe used Treewood to sell our property. Marios was fantastic. We had a bit of a tricky route to exchange and Marios went far above and beyond the call of duty in ensuring all other parties, solicitors and agents were kept on their toes and got to the point of exchange. He even sent us emails late each night for update so that he could work on things for us first thing in the morning.
He was also great at selling our place. He worked tirelessly to get good quality buyers and had a perfect buyer within a week.
We'd highly, highly recommend.

GoogleFor many years Ash and his team at Treewood have helped me with buying, selling and letting property. They offer a personal good value service. I have always found them to be very reliable and trust worthy

GoogleI just had the most horrible phone call ever. I called for scheduling a view for an apartment we were interested in renting and after a very brief conversation (2 minutes and a half long), the person talking with me told me that this was not going to work for us without even offering other options. The tone of voice has been extremely impolite and the only reason I can think of, as we can easily afford the rent and expenses and are a couple of young professionals, is that I don't have a British accent. The tone of voice got worse after asking my name, and I have been interrupted abruptly before having the possibility to give my surname.

GoogleA unprofessional, biased staff members, who believe they are above the law, arrogant and disgusting behaviour from so called professional liars.

Your claims are false and your anger is misplaced. Your landlords circumstances changed and they decided to sell the property you were renting. You were served notice to vacate but you refused to leave so they had to take you to court in order to get possession of the property back. Throughout the whole process you made false accusations thankfully the courts saw through your false narrative and granted possession to the owners. Your unpleasant behaviour throughout the whole process caused a lot of stress and anxiety to the owners and also to members of our staff who had navigate through very difficult circumstances.

GoogleHaving previously used big agencies I was not satisfied with the service that I was getting. I found Treewood on google and spoke to their lettings department, I just felt so at ease and comfortable that I decided to give them a go, I have not looked back since. Their service is fantastic and they look after my properties so well and find me really good tenants.

GoogleMy husband & I have used Treewood Properties to find tenants for our rental properties and they have always found great tenants and their service has been first class. They have also sold a couple of properties for us and once again both Ash and Marios have been exceptional throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend them.

GoogleWhen I started renting out my property with Treewood they were very helpful. As the arrangement continued they only got better.
All the relevant details from tenants were collected without me asking and when I selected the tenants they were excellent and reliable.
After dealing with Treewood for over 10 years I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
