GoogleI first heard about London City Rooms through a friend, and Iβm so glad I did! As someone coming from Turkey with zero knowledge about the rental process in the UK, they helped me every step of the way.
From the very beginning, Muge was incredibly supportive. She knew I was a student and went out of her way to find me an affordable room that fit exactly what I needed.
At first, I was hesitant to send my deposit from abroad, but they were so genuine, transparent, and helpful that I quickly realized I could trust them. They even found me a very reasonably priced temporary room for 20 days so that I wouldnβt be left without a place to stay until my main room was available, which I think shows how much they truly care about their clients.
Later, when I had to go back to my home country one month earlier due to university reasons, they told me that if I found someone to take over my room, they would return my deposit. I quickly found a friend to take over, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Honestly, I donβt think many agencies would go to these lengths for their clients. If youβre looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting agency in London, this is the place!
Huge thanks to Muge, Zulkuf, and the entire London City Rooms team! π

GoogleEverything was better than I expected. They took care of everything from the first day I arrived, and the rooms were clean and the common areas were cleaned. I stayed in a very good location. My roommates were very understanding and helpful. It was an extremely safe house. I'm so glad I met you.
