She went above and beyond to accommodate our pre-rental requests, taking on responsibility for works that were really the responsibility of the landlord. She has integrity and operates according to her values. I have never met such an agent in my 30+ years of renting properties worldwide.

The staff in the Park Road branch in Crouch End lack any moral compass. Serving section 21 no fault in front of a minor. The trauma we are still working through. This review serves as a warning to renters, sellers, buyers. Go elsewhere.

We pride ourselves on our Customer Service, as our many positive testimonials show. So it is hard to think that any of our clients will believe that such a complaint could ever apply to us. The only client we can think of who would write this, is currently refusing to pay our bill, despite us introducing the buyer for their property. They had threatened to give us a bad review if we asked for the payment due to us, so it seems this may be the result.
