If you want to take stress out of your life for moving or getting your property on rent, look no further. Edward got my property on rent in space of 1 to 2 weeks. As its my first property he also helped me with application to council and other checks. He is very communicative, easy to deal with. He is a "one stop shop" and makes you feel at home with all your queries. if I had to sum up Edward and his services in few words, I would say Absolutely Amazing. Thanks Edward for all your help.

As first time buyers we were very uneducated and overwhelmed! Luckily when we saw the flat we wanted it was through living London and Levent was our estate agent. He guided us through every detail, always offering advice if needed and made the whole thing seem so easy in the end! He also ensured that the timing of the buy worked for us and was very flesible on many aspects. We are very grateful for this and would definitely recommend Living London. Thanks guys!

Dealt with many estate agencies through the years . I must say this one stands heads and shoulders above them all, where ever the property is located, make sure you ask for Edward, who is honest , responsive and ensures both landlord and tenant are satisfied .. very difficult to balance the both and keep happy however this chap does ! Thank you Edward and Living London for great experience

Highly recommend Living London! Such a personal service provided especially by Ed who was always available to support when needed. Genuine care was provided for all my concerns to ensure a very smooth house sale, during very difficult market conditions as well. I can assure you will not regret choosing them to represent you, such kind of service is very rare to find these days. Best Regards, Amir

By far Edward is the best estate agent we have ever met. Communication is perfect and everything else is just on point. He helped us throughout our tenancy and understands every situation of ours and at the same time doing his job. Very professional, respectful and understanding. I wish there were more than five stars. Thank you soo much for your help.

A fantastic estate agents. A massive thank you to Edward. After being messed about by 3 other estate agents, Edward made it so much easier to rent a property. Excellent communication always rang back to answer questions. If there was more than 5 stars I would have given it. Once again a massive thank you. Regards Sam Metcalfe

Fantastic service right the way through from the first appointment made to the end of the sale! Levent feels like family now , he sold a property for me in Tottenham which was very close to the family’s heart - even through some tough obstacles we didn’t even think we could jump , Levent reassured us and handled it all.Levent Managed to get us more than our asking price and threw in the best service , professionalism and smile right to end! Great place to sell your property. It isn't easy to sell right now without having to take a cut price but Levent was great and made sure we sold before christmas for what we were hoping for.

I was looking for flat, until I contacted this agency. They called me this morning to see a flat, we went this afternoon to see one and as soon as we saw it we fell in love, the landlord is a very nice person and the guy from the agency Ed was very kind and helped us a lot. We are super happy, in less than 2h of the visit to the flat it was ours. Thank you Ed. Natalia

From specific experiences with Edward K, a hugely proficient, warm, professional & personable agent, Ed comes across from this industry, which can be sullen & sometimes disrepute ridden, full of sincerity & trustworthiness. I have utilised Ed on a number of Conveyancing areas as a Landlord & DO HAPPILY refer & recommend him to any Landlord or Tenant seeking services. Keep doing your biz Ed, success comes automatically...PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
