Google2 stars instead of 1 only because the server was nice. Sat at Table 28, the top is basically coming off and couldn’t sit there so probably need to fix that. Wasn’t even busy at 9am, and yet it took nearly 5 minutes for a single espresso, which came out bitter and poorly extracted 🤷Food: 1Service: 4Atmosphere: 2

Very large croissants but little flavour, unfortunately served cold (in London they are never kept warm, I noticed) and there was nothing special about them. Friendly service and a nice environment. GoogleWe had a wonderful experience at this cafe! My son and I were warmly welcomed and they made us feel right at home. The service was friendly and attentive, and they went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. It’s a great spot, and we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

GoogleTerrible service. Waited several minutes to be acknowledged, let alone offered a table (a sign asks you to wait to be sat down) even though staff were passing by me every ten seconds. Once sat at a table I was ignored the whole time and so after ten minutes I left without ordering.
