My heating was not functioning after having been away for 1 month aboard. Emailed Dexters that evening and next day an engineer was sent over to fix the issue. Resolved the next day so cannot fault the service!

GoogleService is fine now that the business has been integrated into Dexters. Excellent response to any difficulties. Jenny Mak , with whom I have a lot of dealings (4 properties under management) is highly professional and particularly helpful. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for her. I hope Dexters are looking after her as I would hate to lose her and have to deal with someone else!

My rental went far from great. I reported the need for a kitchen repair and it never got resolved. It felt disrespectful. When they have the rent, that’s it. I won’t be using them again.
