GoogleMy ex partner is looking for a property to move into after our relationship has ended, they refused to let him view a 1 bed flat because he stated that he would have children visiting at the weekends. I called up after to ask what the reasoning was as the new laws do not allow discrimination against children; and she asked me why I was calling and that she wasn’t prepared to discuss another persons situation before hanging up. She has made what is already a difficult and stressful time incredibly more so considering that the property is the only one that is close to his children, leaving him now having to consider properties over 30 miles away taking him away from his children. Absolutely no empathy or consideration and really very rude.
Dear Rebecca A small one bedroom flat is not suitable for a person with two children. There is just enough space for one bed, as explained. Because you do not agree with the answer you are given does not make us rude, there is just enough room for one bed so where would the children sleep. We are extremely empathetic and have helped many people but you will appreciate the flat is too small for your ex partners needs with no space for additional beds. We wish you the best in finding something suitable for your expartner.

I felt fully confident that she would do everything she could on every level to do her very best for me. She certainly did, she got a good price and kept me fully informed at all times. GoogleI have called this agent multiple times, emailed and left voicemails as they are an agent who markets in a specific area I am looking but does not market on rightmove. Sadly I have received no communication back despite being an active person looking for a property. Their website is outdated and not user friendly. As a person who also works in the industry this is very disappointing. If you aren’t able to contact perspective clients I struggle to see how you are able to promise perspective sellers and landlords you have up to date clients looking on your books.

GoogleExcellent Service. Valuation of property was spot on and in line with other agents. Listened well to my needs and suggested relevant marketing strategy that worked well for my situation which other agents didn't do hence why I went with Kleinmann's. Achieved the sale price I wanted as well, before COVID/lockdown impacted the market and messed it all up, but Kleinmann's persevered through all the challenges that brought and a particularly awkward buyer to eventually deliver the sale at a price I was happy with. Cannot fault their professionalism, commitment and tenacity. They might be small and local but they know what they are doing and genuinely care. Agree with previous reviews about their friendly approach and that they are good fun to work with too. Would recommend without a doubt.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service from this small, family team. They navigated our sale under some extremely difficult circumstances in the chain. Without the excellent planning and support from Pina, it would never have happened. Kleinmann's were also instrumental in our purchase 2 years ago, so I wouldn't hesitate to use Kleinmann's again. Highly recommended.

GoogleThe property was hugely over valued, therefore taking 18 months to sell at over 300K less than the initial price. Communication to the client and buyers side was also poor and at times inaccurate. Double check what is included and what is extra to their fees.
