One of the best estate agents around and their fees were very competitive compared to others. We worked closely with Jamie to sell our house, he was always friendly and went out of his way to help sell our property. Not only that, but he also went out of his way to help us purchase our new house even though it was with a different estate agent. If it wasn’t for Jamie, we would have not been successful at buying our new house because the agency selling it was very difficult to deal with and even unethical in their approach to selling. We can’t recommend Jamie and Firmin & Co. highly enough. Jamie is a huge asset to Firmin & Co. A massive thank you to Jamie from Mark and Ginny.

Would recommend Firmin & Co completely. They handled the sale of my property and have been brilliant throughout the whole process. Sophie came initially and measured, took images. Then Jamie has been our main point of contact, we are so thankful for Jamie’s help during this process! Not sure it would have gone as well as it has if we had gone elsewhere… they also recommended a solicitor who has been equally as helpful so would recommend following their suggestions.

I had a positive experience at the start of my tenancy, but things took a turn for the worse towards the end. Sobia, a staff member, made the process difficult by being pushy with arrangements for viewings. On the day of the viewings, she left the door wide open with my personal belongings inside and allowed potential tenants to walk through without wearing foot coverings, even though I had left some for them to use. The house had all carpet, so it was important to me that viewers wore foot coverings to protect the flooring, which when we done viewings for this property we had to take shoes off to look around the house / door was locked behind us. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and mud stains were left behind. This was especially frustrating since I had made it a point to provide foot coverings for them. Additionally, Sobia shared false information about another matter, further adding to my disappointment with her service. Overall, I was deeply upset by the lack of professionalism and care shown by Sobia towards the end of my tenancy.

I was on the market for nearly a year with another agent only a hand full of viewings had come through the door. I then switched to Firmin & Co and things changed, firstly the staff are fantastic, they cant do enough to help. Sophie and Sam are first class. we had loads of viewings from that point and within a few months we where sold, they managed to secure a price for my home some 3K more than i was expecting.
