Amazing service from Josephine & Frank at Naylius over several years. Frank was brilliant in finding and helping us secure rental properties (far exceeding the spec given!) and fantastic with negotiations. Jo was absolutely lovely and wonderfully supportive throughout the whole buying process - extremely attentive, professional and efficient in fixing any queries and issues that arose. Great people and very much appreciated friendly faces during the stress of moving!

We've recently bought a flat in the Etons from Naylius Mckenzie. Both Frank and Josephine were brilliant. Very kind, friendly and quick to respond to our many queries. They made the process quick and smooth. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

What a breath of fresh air. Naylius McKenzie. Very professional, reactive and very good at their job. Been dealing with them for years now. They managed to find me my dream managed flat recently in a difficult market in 4 days!

An extremely personable agency. My partner and I are grateful for the assistance we were given by Frank and Josephine during our tenancy at a flat in the Belsize Park area. Frank helped us put our best foot forward in securing the flat, and they were both always on hand to answer any questions or help where they could. I highly recommend using Naylius McKenzie to anyone renting or buying. You will receive an efficient, friendly and professional service.

I bought my current flat through Naylius McKenzie and Josephine was brilliant - always on the case, warm, friendly and one had a feeling that it really mattered to her. She helped me through all the twists and turns and have been so happy with my purchase. She also managed my sale really effectively. Thank you Josephine

I thought Josephine was great. Have been dealing with a lot of estate agents recently, she did stand out. I felt she knew her stuff, is sensible and was very well organised. My solicitor was also impressed with her actually. Also, just a nice and very helpful person.

The people here are very friendly and helpful. I purchased a property through them and the whole process from viewing to completion went very smooth. They respond very quickly and would provide support even for things that were not their responsibility. And also helped contacting the vendors very well. Would definitely recommend the service.

I engaged with Frank who works at Naylius MCKenzie when I was looking to rent an apartment in London. While I reached out to him for one apartment I found online, he made sure to understand my personal requirements and patiently showed me more suitable apartments. He was prompt in responding to all my queries and worked with the landlord quickly to close the deal. He also took care of all additional requirements I had. The process was extremely smooth, easy and transparent. Frank helps me with any questions I have even after moving in! Very professional yet friendly and pleasant experience working with these guys!

Brilliant estate agents! Frank and Josephine have been wonderful over the past 2yrs we've rented through Naylius McKenzie, and we'd definitely stay with them if we weren't leaving the area. At all times they've made the process easy and very reasonably priced - no fuss or silly fees, and they've always been on hand when we've needed to get in touch. Wish there were more estate agents like these guys!

The best agent in London. My partner and I have moved around frequently and Josephine stands out among all previous agents we’d worked with. She has handled all matters at a lighting speed with utmost professionalism. She has been extremely accommodating with all of our requests. 3 years later with Josephine, we never want to move out because of her exceptional service!

Naylius Mckenzie and Josephine have got to be one of London's best estate agents. Professional, transparent and honest- a refreshing way of doing business in the real estate market. We have been with them for two years now and have faced no issues as a gay couple. I would definitely recommend them.

Have let out my flat through them for 20 years. The director, Josephine Craven, is an absolutely wonderful woman, whom I trust completely. I first met her when I bought my flat through her back in 1997. Compared notes with the seller …

Great team - unlike all other pushy estate agents in this market and area. Honest and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

After a long time they did call me back just to say 'no couples' in a huge flat, I think they might have meant no Gay couples. Awful.
