GoogleFaultless service from Mark Henhan at Bespoke Estate Agents in Reading - and very pleased with the outcome. We were selling a pair of maisonettes and Mark gave excellent advice from the start. His terms were straightforward ...with no hidden, additional or unexpected costs.
He found serious buyers for both peoperties within a couple of weeks and managed to negotiate better deals than we had expected on each one. He was also extremely good at helping to keep things moving forward; liaising with our keyholders (we don't live locally), the solocitor and keeping the two buyers onboard when things stumbled a little with a couple of legal issues along the way (that were resolved).
We really did feel that Mark went above & beyond.... and wouldn't hesitate to use him again, or to recommend him to others.

We were selling in a challenging market with lots of similar apartments and limited demand, and the process took longer than expected due to various queries with the management company. We have had great results with Mark, starting with his preparation for the sale of our house. He produced a superb set of house photos, plus a video and aerial photography of the house and local area, all so much better than sales literature we saw from many other estate agents. This was particularly important as our house was in a cul-de-sac not visible from the road.
When our sale went live the consequence of this publicity was a rush of potential buyers and a very busy weekend viewing period conducted by Mark. He received many competing offers and we accepted one offer within five days. What a start!
Mark assisted us during our next house purchase. Regrettably our purchase was hit by unexpectedly long delays by the Seller. During this period Mark kept regular contact with all parties connected with both our sale and our purchase. Finally, after waiting almost seven months we gave up on the purchase and found a house in a different location. Mark managed to keep our house buyers still keen and willing to buy our house, so all went smoothly for a rapid sale and purchase.
During this period Mark was our close confidante who replied rapidly to all our concerns. He was a real gem who went over and beyond what we expected of an Estate Agent and we now regard him as a good friend.
