What a set of liars! Completely corrupt attempt at smoke and mirrors.Wrote a review. Reply from Winkworth asking me to email 'clientrelations @ winkworth.co.uk' and said 'we can discuss further'. Emailed and hey, guess what, they haven't even replied.Is that disgusting behaviour or what?

MY STUDENT SON AND HIS STUDENT GIRLFRIEND WERE PROMISED A STUDIO FLAT IN FULHAM ABOVE A SHOP TO THE POINT MY SON TRANSFERRED HIS JOB TO FULHAM.THE LETTING AGENT FROM FULHAM HIGH STREET DECLINED THEM THE PROPERTY DUE TO BEING 20/21.THEY HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A APOLOGY OR THE HOLDING DEPOSIT BACK THAT THE AGENT FROM FULHAM HIGH STREET HARASSED THEM TO PAY BEFORE THE VIEWING.THE WHOLE SITUATION UNPROFFESIONAL.THEY HAVE BEEN TREATED POORLY BASED ON DISCRIMINATION..

Unhelpful and poor customer service.

Avoid at all costs. Agents are not very helpful and when attempting to rent from them, all these additional costs kept cropping up. There are hidden costs ie. inventory, lettings contract costs.Agents are difficult to get hold of and do not return calls.

They had by far the best property we viewed. The entire process was very good, admin seems on the ball, property manager is quick to respond to queries etc. The only let down was the hassle at the start when we made our initial offer. It could be down to the specific sales guy but after making our offer, and informing them of our time constraints we were then left to sweat in an attempt to force us to increase the offer. Our phone calls went unanswered and we were avoided for a few days under the guise that the landlord would not reply to the agency. This was a very bad start and I'm happy to say everything since then has been very pleasant, however, I would have been lying if I didn't mention the needless addition of stress caused by the attempted hard-balling.

I was very impressed with the Winkworth service from strat to finish. Their (Liz & Ben) professionalism and dedication helped my brother and I purchase our first house. Unlike other Estate Agents in the area they listened carefully to our requirements and found us a number of suitable properties. They were very efficient over the course of the sometimes opaque completion process and I would definitely recommend those looking to buy or sell in the Shepherds Bush/Brook Green area to use this Winkworth office.

Winkworth has managed my rental properties for about a decade now.They have always been first rate:streets better than other agents that I have used.I have never had a void period of more than 2 weeks.Their representative,Natasha Conti,who deals with my current property,is excellent.She has an impressive knowledge of the market and of all aspects of the rental business and I have always found her advice as to property presentation extremely helpful.She certainly provides service with a smile,but there is a lot of expertise and hard work behind it.I unreservedly recommend Winkworth.

I switched to Winkworth after an unsuccessful attempt to sell my house through another big name, high street agent a few years ago. I noticed a big difference in the integrity of the people and the service. The fees were slightly better, and they really engaged with me to find the right way to promote our (somewhat unique) property. Overall, I was pleased. I have had a variety of bad experiences with estate agents, and overall I have a very low opinion of the industry. I'm sure Winkworth has their faults, but as estate agents go, I thought these folks were pretty decent.

I have been been with Winkworth in Hammersmith for almost twenty years, starting as a prospective tenant, then a purchaser and finally a landlord. During that period I have always received good, reliable and prompt advice and support from the entire team. The current group (including the related Uxbridge Road office) is a well-oiled machine. My interaction has been mainly with James, Ben, Jo, Karen and Iona to name just a few. I have have found each of them to be highly professional, extremely courteous and always pragmatic. By far the best experience in the area.

Two agents might be better than one.

An encouraging start with a higher than expected valuation and a flexible (timewise) buyer lined up but which in the event wasn't able to be flexible and so bought elsewhere. Many subsequent viewings and second viewings but the agent failed to find a buyer to meet the agents valuation coupled with flexibility. In short, 12 weeks with this sole agency proved a complete waste of time. Regret unable to recommend.

Winkworth Tiverton took over the property management of our tenancy just under a year ago, in that space of time we had three different members of staff managing, they did absolutely nothing to assist in managing the property. The last one 'Candice' was generally rude, unprofessional and dismissive about any queries or requested repairs required.Awful company will never deal with them again nor reccomend

We initially put our flat in Brook Green on the market with another estate agent. They overpriced our flat. Nearly two months later, with no offers and dwindling views, we decided to go with Winkworth. Winkworth didn't overpromise. They delivered. I think buyers saw that they offered a fair price that actually generated more competition, which in turn got us the best price for our flat. The team were professional, competent and helpful. They worked around the clock to help tie up tricky negotiations across the chain, with buyers, sellers and with very difficult solicitors in the mix. THANK YOU.
