We sold our house through Abby Tate (Fulham) who was fantastic. Quick to respond to our queries and very professional throughout. We have a young baby and she was really respectful of booking viewings around this. She kept us informed all the way through and made the whole process seamless. Very happy with the service I received (rental of new flat) - particularly with Aziz from the St John’s Wood branch who helped us in the process! He was available literally around the clock, and always eager to answer our questions. Also worth mentioning that when encountered a couple issues/disputes in the process, with the help of Aziz we managed to resolve them very smoothly.

TrustpilotAppalling Rental Service By Savills St Tropez
Savills agreed a two month rental of my property in France. Contrary to the contract, the tenant smoked in four of the rooms - master bedroom, master bathroom, sitting room and dining room. The check out clerk noted a "strong smell of tobacco" to all these rooms which remains to date in the master bedroom. The Savills rental agent, against my firm instructions in writing, had the damaged curtains washed and they shrunk by 10cm in length. Savills, despite being aware there is an ongoing dispute, returned the deposit to the bad tenant without deducting money for the replacement curtains (I gave them a quotation for this) and are insisting that I make a claim through my own insurance company - which will result in them raising my premium for something that was not of my making. I have been treated appallingly by Savills and they have ducked and dived to get out of taking responsibility for their bad client. I would not recommend them at all. Be warned - if you have a problem with a bad client supplied by Savills you will be left high and dry and they will do all they can to protect the bad tenant.

Melissa Gallagher from Savills, has been the most helpful and proactive estate agent that I have ever met, and I have met large numbers!From the get go she has been quick to respond to queries and provides super helpful answers. However, she has gone the extra mile to contact third party surveyors and contractors and pull together their reports on our behalf.She has also been great at communicating up and down the chain, chasing other agents and solicitors alike, to get milestone dates such as exchange and completion agreed and over the line.On top of this she has been easily contactable and good fun.

We’ve been renting from Savills’s for over a year now and been having a great experience since. Very efficient and friendly service from Adel, our property manager. Inspections are done in a friendly and professional way. I haven’t had to report many things but when I have, there has been a workman round within a couple of days. Any issues have been dealt with quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.Thank you!

TrustpilotCommercial Property Management team do not seem to want to resolve issue
Savills manage the land behind my house and I emailed them in June about a tree on that property that was leaning dangerously and if it fell would damage both mine and my neighbours house. They said a tree survey was being done in August but heard nothing back from them. Chased in both September and October and was told they are waiting for quotes but no timelines or updates given. The tree needs to be removed asap and I can’t believe it would take over 3 months to get quotes etc. I am now having to email a third Regional Facilities Manager to deal with my concerns as they keep changing and no one seems to want to help resolve the issue.

GoogleVery pleased with how Dominic, Josie and Archie managed the marketing and sale of my mothers home. They were very considerate at communicating with my mother when arranging visits and feeding back on potential buyers interests, and were most helpful in rapidly recovering the sale when a buyer pulled out unexpectedly, achieving a new offer within a couple of weeks. They valued the property accurately from the outset and achieved the target price despite a difficult market (other local agents had valued the property significantly lower). Highly recommended.

Absolutely awful, do not rent with them!!! Their whole process is extremely outdated, slow and very unreasonable. The people who work there (or at least the ones I have encountered) are not doing their job at all, they don't even reply to emails and when you go into an office they say you should email...You are pretty much left on your own and doing everything by yourself, would never ever rent anything through them anymore!

GoogleI cannot say more about the service I received at Savills by Monika Scott and Sally Panton. They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. There were some hurdles to jump but both of them handled it with ease. I cannot recommend Savills highly enough. I would be happy to deal with them in the future .

Poor property management. I have issues with a new flat and it's been two months and no response. The issues keep increasing despite being a new built and their property management team are non-responsive and inefficient.It has been 7 days since my bathroom is unusable. No one is yet to contact me for repairs and emails to the property manager seems useless.
