Absolutely shocking service from what…

Absolutely shocking service from what is supposed to be a reputable company. They treat tenants like second class citizens. They allow you to set up a business, restore the outbuilding, fail to do repairs, allow ypu to close your shop to work from home but do not inform the landlord of the intentions, as a result, the landlord wants to sell, I have no business left and I write to complain. On the back of complaining about a member of staff, I'm issued a section 21. DISGUSTING

AVOID THESE AGENTS AT ALL COSTS

Savills are the property managers for the house that my 84 year old father lives in. The property has been disintegrating for more than 10 years (the front of the house is falling down and urgent structural works are needed), but to date - despite trying everything, formal complaints, daily calls, emails, daily documenting of reports, they are doing NOTHING to make these repairs. Instead they just send "cost-free" contractors to come and "assess" (there have been 19 assessments conducted, ALL agreeing that urgent structural work was needed). On top of this, Savills left my father without heating for more than7 YEARS! Absolutely jaw-droppingly incompetent. It also took them 2 years and 5 months to replace the broken hot water tank (so no hot water in the taps all this time). Absolutely disgraceful to treat an 80+ year old this way. On top of that, for more than 4 years a skylight was broken letting in rain and cold. But as the stopcock was also broken for 2 years and 5 months (!!!) and happily drip-dripping into everything, it was hard to tell where all the water was coming from. Now the carpets are up, the walls sodden, the mould everywhere. But i guess that's nothing compared to the giant CRACK in the front of the house that is getting bigger. Savills should be ashamed of their behaviour, bowing to the whim of the owners of this property, a group called BANKWAYS who are run by the disgraceful WILLIAM PEARS GROUP, brothers who are notorious for their Victorian-esque approach to being landlords, letting the poor suffer in horrific conditions while they lord it up (literally) bathing in their billions. How any of these people sleep at night is beyond me. I guess Savills are too cowardly to loose their giant portfolio with this group. You all disgust me.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this estate agent whose level of customer service, communication, and professionalism left much to be desired. Throughout the process, I found their communication to be consistently lacking, with delayed responses and a general disregard for my concerns. Their unprofessional behavior was evident in both their demeanor and actions, creating an overall frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise against using their services for anyone seeking a reliable and professional real estate experience. I had to chase for replies, I’d call the direct number on the signature email to then get no response - then they would tell me someone would call back; nobody ever does. Lack in communication - our references came back we were then told they cannot find the landlord.
