They told me the seller would consider offers within my budget, but then once I’d been to view it and showed interest they said the seller wanted more than my budget. Complete waste of a 3 hour round-trip during a pandemic with no explanation or apology.

It’s been 25 days since we moved out of our rental. The landlord quickly agreed to a full deposit return. Savills still has our £4K, 17 days after it was removed from the deposit scheme. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not communicate, take responsibility or act proactively

GoogleRobert Sanderson with the help of Rosalind Bainbridge, Phillippa Dalby-Welsh & Emma Stead achieved an outstanding result for me with the sale of a Fulham home. I bought the property through another agency as a development and the Fulham team were fantastic in advising me, not only whilst I was developing the house but then also once it was complete. I finished the project in a much more uncertain time than when I purchased it in. They were firm in telling me that I needed to dress the house to get the best result which I was hesitant to do given the additional cost, they were even able to put me in touch with their own interior services team. I successfully agreed a sale at the over the guide price within a few weeks, having been negotiating with more than one buyer. Robert in particular, who was dealing with the buyer acted with extreme professionalism and with a high degree of skill. Once a sale was agreed it proceeded to exchange of contracts in a little over 10 days. I cannot recommend the Savills Fulham team enough, they exceeded my expectations on every level and the individuals I dealt with are a credit to the Savills brand. Their knowledge and advise was invaluable, I followed them every step of the way and I am extremely pleased that I did. M.C.
