GoogleOne of the worst letting agencies i have ever seen. Basically if you call and ask deeper details about the price, they will pretend that they can hear you well and they will hang up. Although your signal is perfect. I called 4 times after that and they never answer again. Please avoid this horrible agencie, imagine if you let from them and you have an issue.

We are absolutely gobsmacked and astonished that you have had the nerve to leave a review, let alone a negative review. You were evicted from a property for illegally subletting a 2-bed flat to more than 10 unknown people for financial gain, caused large rent arrears to the landlord, caused major damages to the property, and caused immense stress & trauma to the innocent landlord by your despicable actions. You and your partner (Lilian Marques Silva) have not only been reported to the police, obviously, but you both have also been reported to the local authority, the HMRC and to the Home office in clear violations of your right to rent. We will clearly and undoubtedly explain to readers & observers of this review why it is completely invalid, full of lies, out of order, and outrageously dishonest. You and your partner rented a 2-bed flat via our agency just for yourselves as a couple, 2 people ONLY, where you said you would use the second bedroom as office space. However, this could not have been further from the actual truth. Instead of living at the property yourselves, you knowingly and willingly decided to illegally sublet the flat to more than 10 unknown strangers charging them rent. The large number of unknown illegal occupants did not speak English, did not have any right to rent and were mostly Deliveroo drivers of Brazilian decent. You and your partner amassed more than £2,000.00 in rent arrears and caused damages to the property costing thousands of pounds. You left the property in a disgusting uncleaned condition which now needs to be repaired, cleaned, and restored. You somehow managed to successfully pass referencing through an independent & reputable referencing company using fake references. You have both shown you have no morals and will steep low just like criminals. You have both acted unlawfully and despicably causing immense stress and suffering to an innocent landlord who Let the property in good faith. Furthermore, to add to your stupidity and to make this review look even more foolish; your partner Lilian Marques Silva gave Abdul & Oaklands Estates an amazing 5-star review when you both took the property back in November 2022. Review reads: “Very good company, easy to deal, fast with their services. Abdul was very pro active, easy going and accommodating. I was hapyly surprised. Highly recommend their services.” Evidently this shows how dishonest you are and the lies you spill because you were caught doing something so wrong and so illegal. We hope people can clearly see that Oaklands Estates and our staff have not done anything wrong, actually rather the complete opposite, doing the right & moral thing by the owner/landlord of the property in rectifying a situation which became devastating. As can be seen from all our other prior positive reviews, they truthfully highlight all the great work we have done and continue to do so for anyone who approaches our company for lettings, sales and management and even for just advice or support. GoogleWe've been so impressed with Oaklands Estates. We live overseas, and had been renting our property in Shepherds Bush privately for the previous 8 years. Jakir of Oaklands Estates went the extra mile and managed the all the redecoration, certifications and refurnishing reasonable price and excellent quality; he was highly responsive and provided regular updates throughout this time. He then arranged a number of viewings and found good tenants in a very short timeframe. We have found Jakir to be extremely personable and highly professional. GoogleHad the pleasure of working with Abdul at Oakland Lettings as he helped us find a property to rent in Battersea. He was professional, honest and helped us find a great property. Oaklands assisted us every step of the move-in process. They always responded quickly to any maintenance issues raised and we always got a response from someone at the office. Could not recommend highly enough as a tenant and the level of customer service from Abdul really sets them apart.
