Really bad experience! They are not resolving any issues! And the customer service is probably the worst i have seen! I asked to escalate to a manager and they basically refused to give me a contact name!

Google3 years of experience renting through them. Incompetent staff lacking basic intellect. Horrendous handling of everything you can think of such as taking ages to process anything and then coming back to you saying they need more paperwork when they could just give an exhaustive list at the begining. Any new amount of paperwork amounts in a new surprise fee (£30 each time). I was assigned a completely useless agent and after a fair amount of complaints to them was assigned a slightly less incompetent one. Also they will never give you 24 hours notice of a house viewing as required, 6 hours at best and sometimes just an hour.

They're your best friend before signing a contract, and once you have signed, they make your life miserable. I've dealt with various agents in the past but this one is probably the worse.

GoogleWould give 0 stars if I could. They told us our lease was ending but after we moved out, they tried to charge us for another month because “we didn’t tell them we were moving out”.
