These past couple weeks I've had a few issues in my kitchen, a leak & dishwasher breaking. Will handled the back and forth of these fixes quick and easy, allowing for minimal disruption and allowing me to maintain use of my kitchen throughout. GoogleWe were very happy for the work done by Ben Gee and Alex Annesley in selling our flat in Fulham. Whilst some agents put a negative spin on things whilst doing valuations (we think, managing our expectations for a sub-optimal result), Ben was always super positive, and this gave us reassurance that they would be working their hardest to prove that outlook right. Before the property even went on the market, they had organised about 8 viewings, and we received our offer a couple of days after going "live". Alex did an exceptional job in managing the process to exchange, and completion also went smoothly. M&P charged more commission than some other agents, but we are certain we got value for that additional fee, and made the right decision to instruct them.
