GoogleDo NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. They will treat you like a King before you have signed anything, once you have signed, the Director is just rude and does not care about the tenant AT ALL. I am a professional Sales Man and deal with people on a daily basis. This has been the worst treatment I have ever received. Very Unprofessional and I can prove direct Lies with E-Mails. I almost involved a lawyer.

GoogleAvoid this agency. This agency are doing everything in their power to overcharge you and when you ask for a specific service - you get no response and when they reply to you they use very unprofessional and rude language. I have never experienced such a unprofessional and horrible agency after a living in London for many many years. Please do not get involved with this agency, they will treat you with such respect at first and the moment after you have signed your contract you are nothing to them and will keep on ignoring you when you need their help. Slow responses, rude and pressuring tactics to get more money out of you and overpricing is what to expect.

GoogleWe have used LPZ to find tenants and manage our Flats for a number of years, initially while we lived in UK, and now abroad. Kirula, the Director of the company, is very professional and easy to work with. He has excellent knowledge of the market, and has always secured quality tenants for us. They are flexible and contactable 7 days a week and give attention to detail and follow up on all requests promptly. Happy to recommend for local and overseas landlords and sellers.
