GoogleI was interested on a flat and I requested a view. Jay contact me and he was so helpful, he was interested about what I wanted, I needed, my requirements and he suggested different options. Really, he understood well what I was looking for. He guided me during the whole process and even he was able to suggest how to negotiate few requirements with the landlord. I would not have been able to do it without his help. Now I am going to enjoy the nicest flat in the world. The company offers different types of accommodation at a reasonable price. The process of tenancy with them is rigorous but definitely gives you reassurance that these guys have done their checks properly and know that you are in good and safe hands. They are transparent and the process is swift! I can agree with the previous review - Adam is just a phone call away! This is particularly important for us as we work shifts, both days and nights. So we sometimes had to contact him during weekends or unusual times for queries and he always responds so promptly! I cannot recommend this company strongly enough as Adam have gone above and beyond to help us - and you for sure! GoogleI came across London HomeLets while looking for properties in Hammersmith. The experience has been great. Jay was amazing, in that he understood my requirements and what I was looking for. The one thing that stood out was his focus on what customers want, rather than selling them what is available. Also, unlike many letting agencies who take on higher quote even after an offer is made, I found Jay and London HomeLets to be sincere towards the customers and block the property once an offer was made. I highly recommend Jay and London HomeLets!
