GoogleI was a tenant in a property managed by LMA for nearly 4 years (only leaving to buy my own place). Leah is an excellent property manager, always responsive and making sure to get someone round to look at anything that was broken (including a new sofa once!). Appreciated the fact that she and the landlady always made sure the place felt like home.

She always responded to emails promptly and did everything she could to ensure any issues that arose were fixed effectively and efficiently. GoogleAfter a year of LMA successfully managing a property it was only natural to see if the company could find a client for the following year’s contract. Terms, conditions and management arrangements were agreed early on in the negotiations. Director Leah Oaker was able to advise in the initial planning that involved pricing, occupancy term and identifying the potential client group. A marketing plan was prepared and LMA provided a photographer. Clients moved into the property within three days of their initial offer demonstrating the rapidity of the LMA operation when necessary. Leah is able to offer a landlord the benefit of local tradesmen and contractors to solve maintenance issues. She responds rapidly to any concerns and provides comprehensive reports regarding the property. I highly recommend the wide range of services provided by Laeh Oaker and LMA.

GoogleFor the last two years Leah Oaker has been managing my flat in Bayswater and I am enthusiastic of her !! Since 1992 quite a few Estate Agents have been managing it, unfortunately always with very bad performances. Now that Leah is managing my flat I feel so relieved ...she is so professional and takes so much care about the way tenants are keeping the flat ,meanwhile she is very helpful and friendly to them. They all like her, which makes relationships very easy for all. Undoubtedly I would have never dreamt of having such an excellent manager and I feel very lucky for having met her !
