Knight Frank have been letting my apartment for me which is situated at Royal Docks, Canary Wharf. I have had nothing but excellent service for the duration of 17 years I have been with them. And just recently Ahteshaam Ahmed in the accounts department has been most helpful and polite with my request.

Having been overseas landlords for many years we know that good property managers are hard to find. Our experience has been quite mixed, but Daniel Lloyd (Knight Frank) has been one of the best we've worked with. He is diligent, proactive and works to find solutions to problems. We need more property managers like him.

Very unsure about this company bought a new build from them paid deposit last NOVEMBER after being told on the day that the houses were at roof level and be ready to move into in June. We are now one year later and still no house, surely the seller of the house should be able to tell the buyers when it should be completed. Had I known I would be a year waiting I never would have purchased the house.

GoogleWe found the whole team to be great! Fred was excellent interactive attentive always on the ball very hard working and diligent with a great sense of humour. We had a complex and difficult inexperienced purchaser who was gratuitously offensive agressive and slow if we had not had Fred and the team keeping us calm we would probably have thrown in the towel. We got there and in this very difficult market that’s a great achievement. We priced the property to sell and it did: no faffing. We love Knight Frank Well done Thank you Robert Burrow

GoogleWe had a very good experience in selling our house in Fulham. James Davies was very realistic on the valuation of the house and the selling prices. In a falling market it’s not possible to get the best price but we are happy with the final result of the sale. Good communication, good feedback and as well the willingness to negotiate hard on our behalf made the overall experience dealing with Knight Frank and James excellent. I would highly recommend working with the Fulham office.

I have been referred to many tax consultants to handle my property tax matters as their fees are cheaper. However , I still stay on with KF Edwin Chan from the tax dept . He is very professional, responsive and efficient in advising on my tax queries . This is particularly important for overseas home owners as we are not familiar with UK tax systems . It’s really nice working with Edwin ;)
