I was not very happy with the negotiator he seems to me in favor of the buyer to negotiate for them, I had been pressurized to lower the price for the buyer. It's a kind of pressure sale to me.

Some of their ‘managers’ do not fulfil legitimate needs of owner/occupiers. Bad experience all round but nothing to be done as will not meet with owner/occupiers to discuss. Tired of trying to work with them.

Strong market pricing vs competitors and very good 'front of house' customer service, but difficulty in translating that to the back office. Numerous issues became unduly onerous to address and fix, requiring a lot of heavy intervention from our side before action was taken from KfH.
