GoogleKFH Lettings team has been very professional and thorough in finding tenants for three properties in the last month - always going ‘the extra mile’ to ease the process for us with their cheerful, friendly attitude. Nothing is too much trouble, and we are extremely grateful. Without doubt the best letting agents in Fulham. Highly recommend!!

TrustpilotWorking for landlords not tenants
Working for landlords not tenants. Extremely pushy, got us to make unnecessary compromises for the landlord wherever possible, encourage rent bidding, rushed us into handing over money, resistant to making repairs to the house before moving in.Our agent was Francesca Ottley. Would never work with her again.

TrustpilotI was well supported from start to finish.
Communication was great from start to completion, I knew what to expect and was guided along the way. Moving home is stressful but the support I received helped process run smoothly.

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience purchasing our house through KFH. Stephen at the East Dulwich office was incredibly helpful throughout the experience, he was attentive, proactive and understanding. He always went above and beyond to make sure the experience was as smooth as it could be.

Really enjoyed working with KFH. They always had the most up to date information on our transaction sometimes even before we knew. Would use them again.

TrustpilotSold within a month
Picked up our property from another agent, after 6 months and two sales falling through. Within a month it was sold, at a considerably higher price than the previous two occasions.

These guys are bullies…. They are trying to extract money from an honest tenant to cover the costs they incurred due to internal mistakes. They just keep increasing the amount demanded without adequately answering simple enquiries…very unfair

The whole process (which involved the letting of our flat) went very smoothly, which could have been a lot different as the letting fell within the Christmas period. To date we are very impressed with the systems in place and staff commitment and would have no hesitation recommending this company - a professional & helpful team (KFH, Lordship Lane, East Dulwich)

TrustpilotGreat Broker
Lucas from the Tooting KfH branch was a pleasure to deal with. Extremely friendly and considerate of our needs and got us a great rate for our mortgage. Would highly recommend

TrustpilotVery helpful over an extended period
Maintained momentum and energy in pushing a sale through over a particularly long process (6 months) with multiple hiccups. Agent leading it (Lucy) was great and always helpful. I think without KfH's efforts the sale would have likely fallen through.

TrustpilotThey were ok
They were ok. Nothing above the bare minimum in service and tend to ignore questions/queries they don't want to answer. The contractors they use all seem to be more expensive than average for the area.

TrustpilotLottie from KFH is fantastic!
Had a fantastic experience with Lottie from KFH Muswell Hill. She made my buying experience as stress free as possible and was always available via email or phone to answer the many questions I had as a first time buyer. Highly recommend!

TrustpilotHumanity and professionalism
I have appreciated the humanity that Fred Wykes from Wimbledon Branch emanated while building the professional relationship with me as a client looking for a flat to rent. Highly appreciated and grateful for such a character trait.

Used them as an estate agent and dealt with them as tenants. They are pushy and ill informed estate agents, and inattentive and annoying as a management company. Avoid at all costs.
