Hamptons have been managing our property for almost four and a half years. During that time we have had, and continue to have exemplary service. Our Property Manager, Katie Tucker, is always there for us and nothing is too much trouble. We feel we have a great professional, yet friendly working relationship with Katie. She has been an absolute superstar, especially with keeping in touch with us during the various Covid lockdowns, when it must have been very challenging for her at times, what with remote working, etc. It is extra challenging in our case as we are in Australia and working around the different time zones could be problematic, but it never is for Katie.Katie knows our property very well and liaises between our tenants and ourselves in a very professional and efficient manner. She always takes care to keep track of and follow up on any outstanding maintenance issues or problems arising from either party. We don't know what we'd do without her!

Our agent at Hamptons was Jacob Forster and he was absolutely excellent. In the first instance he gave very sound and sensible advice about the sale of the house and arranged for some very good photographs. Then throughout the period of the sale he was always available to talk and always proactive in making contact with us and our buyers to make sure the process moved along. Big steps ...

Moving house after 16 years in your own well-loved home to a brand new area is not something for the faint-hearted and it certainly felt like a scary step to be taking, specifically as we hadn't rented for over 25 years. We rent a home in Farnham through Hamptons and used to have a really great property manager, issues were resolved quickly updates were given quickly and in a pleasant manner. Now that she's left we spend ages chasing her replacement the service is really awful and the property manager is down right rude. Really dissapointing and makes us now look to move away. It seems like the care has completely gone.

Businesses are only as good as their people. In Jacob Forster, Hampton's have a real asset. In the whole buying and selling process, he was the only person who delivered a quality service.
